Squeeze Pickleball Cancellation Policy

Court & Program Booking Cancellation

This policy applies to all court bookings, social play, clinics, and events unless otherwise stated.

Full Refund

You will receive a full refund when:

  • Your booking is cancelled 48 hours or more before your start time.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing

Example:
A court booked for Saturday at 3:00pm must be cancelled before Thursday at 3:00pm.

Account Credit Only

  • Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours receive club credit.
  • Credit can be used for court rentals, social play, leagues, clinics, and merchandise.
  • Credits do not expire.

Example:
Cancel Thursday at 5pm for a Friday 5pm court—credit will be issued.

Non-Refundable Period

  • Cancellations inside 8 hours or no-shows are not refundable.
  • No credit will be issued inside the 8-hour window.

Example:
Cancelling at 12pm for a same day 6pm booking = no refund or credit.

Membership Cancellation Policy

30 Days’ Notice Required

  • Written notice must be emailed to club@squeezepickleball.ca
  • Verbal, social media, app messages, or texts are not valid forms of notice.

Prorated Periods

  • If you joined mid-month and were charged for only part of a month, the remaining portion will be billed before cancellation takes effect.
  • Membership benefits continue until the 30-day period ends.

Squeeze Pickleball may make updates to any of their membership offerings which includes pricing, features and benefits with a 30-day notice provided to all members.

Programs, Leagues, and Events

  • All leagues, clinics, and tournaments are non-refundable.
  • In cases of medical or emergency situations, account credit may be issued at the discretion of Squeeze Pickleball management.

Examples

  • You send your cancellation email on July 5 → membership ends August 4
  • If you joined July 15 and paid a partial amount, the remaining balance for July will be charged before the cancellation becomes effective.
